CFAS was established in 1963 as a non-profit organization dedicated to the study and preservation of Florida’s prehistoric and historic heritage. Our membership is open to people of all ages. We are family oriented. Currently, our youngest member is 8 and our oldest is 87. The Central Florida Anthropological Society represents Osceola, Orange, Lake and Seminole Counties.
